A choir formed by Joyce Hansell & Anne Hewitt approximately 9 years ago. Their intention was for people to come together regardless of their singing ability to learn songs, sing them together and to raise money for charity. There are over 80 members now both male and female and thousands of pounds have been donated from concerts to the British Legion, Women's Aid and numerous other charities and organisations.
They meet every Thursday (term time only) at St George's Church, there are no auditions, everyone is welcome to join. There is a small subscription of £2 per session. |
