St Georges's Brownies become
Soap Stars

On Wednesday 6 May it was a great joy to visit St George's Brownies to receive, on behalf of FOMO (Friends of Mulanje Orphans), the soap collected by the Pack and their Leaders.

By working hard the Brownies collected nearly 200 bars of soap, which will be transported, by container to Mulanje in Malawi when the FOMO children will be delighted to receive their lovely gifts. The health of these vulnerable children is improved by the simple act of hand washing and thanks to the Brownie soap stars from St Georges's they will have a small luxury to cherish.

It was a great effort and I have been asked by FOMO to thank parents, leaders and all the Brownies for all their kindness and support.
